We accept refunds or exchanges only if an item is damaged, defective, or confirmed lost by the courier.
Buyers must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

During busy periods or peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer than estimated. Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive. If your order appears significantly delayed, feel free to message us and we’ll be happy to check on it for you. Refunds are only issued once an item is confirmed lost by the courier.

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment.

Do you provide tracking for orders?

Yes, orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
